Amazing Quality, Few Pinholes, Super Crisp Edge Detail, Very Happy and Dependable

by

Just purchased a sample quart of this stuff, burned my first batch of screens pretty much using the entire quart, and I'm really impressed with its overall thickness and edge detail it holds after washout. I use a 1700 PSI pressure washer and a 500W Halogen Shop light on a custom handmade vacuum exposure table. The 500W Shop light sits roughly 18-20" below my screens as they expose and I found that 11 minutes seemed to be the perfect exposure time. 10 Minutes left the front inside image side feeling a little slimy and you could begin to see the area where I use the waterproof R-Films appear, so keep it at at least 11 mins for 500W shop lights.

This has a really high solids content, I used one scoop pass on inside, and then two on backside of screens, with the thicker edge of the scoop coater. I was using the Ulano QTX but was having too many pinholes until I used this.

After using the full quart, I re-ordered another gallon of this stuff to keep using, I really love its ability to hold up to the high pressure washing, and reduction of visible pinholes.

Awesome emulsion for the money

We have been in business for 25 years, and recently tried this emulsion as the stuff we used to use was out of stock. We are always looking for ways to cut costs and get the most bang for our buck, when I stumbled across this emulsion it was 1/3 less than what i had been buying, and it works every bit as good. I like the blue color for registering jobs, coats and dries fast and easy and burns in less than 3 minutes. Holds up well to the day to day grind. I can't find anything i don't like about it! We run an average of 20-40 screens a week and couldn't be happier. But it now!! you won't be sorry.
