- The XYZ micros make it easy to set up registration and off-contact, increasing your production speed while enhancing print precision.
- Two-point roller gates strengthen the printhead's holding power when it's down, maintaining consistency with each print.
- The heavy-duty base provides more durability to the press, which is needed to keep consistency in a high-output shop.
With more than 40 years of developing high-quality, affordable presses, the Riley Hopkins brand has sold the most manual presses in screen printing history. It has jumpstarted thousands of printers’ careers with presses that are built like race cars. Shift your shop into overdrive with the Riley Hopkins 300 Press.
It comes equipped with lever knobs that more accurately holds registration and reduces stress on the wrist. Features like an anti-slip registration plate, an XY-micro, and a Z-micro/Tilt Micro, have created a faster setup time for printers. The Anti-slip registration plate keeps the screen in the same tilt and off-contact location for final registration. The joystick has been replaced with an XY-micro to create more precise adjustments. The Z-micro/Tilt Micro has been added for streamlined off contact and tilt setup.
2-Point Roller Gates come standard on the Riley 300. They increase the lockdown holding power of the print head while it is in the down position, which eases movements in-and-out of the gate. The roller gates create increased durability, which reduces the number of adjustments and maintenance that is needed. An increased surface area of the screen-clamp not only holds the screen in place for longer periods of time but also results in the need for fewer adjustments and maintenance. The Riley 300 saves you time.
The press's CNC-constructed base has been improved upon with an adjustable height mechanism. The base is capable of an up to 3" increase of height adjustment to help accommodate the screen printer. The heavy-duty leg levels add an extra amount of sturdiness to the press.
Presses come with a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers all non-wearable parts and components of new Riley Hopkins™ Presses.
If Speed, Precision, and Consistency are important for your customers and production style, it's time to get behind the wheel of the Riley 300. The lights are flashing green, hit the gas, it's time to kick your screen printing into high gear.

I wish I was Valued more.
My experience was blah, I feel like with what I needed and how i was talked to I didn't experience anything that would excite me or make me send a positive response. It was just blah. The machine will take almost a month to get to me, something I don't understand, in some ways this was lucky because my business was looted. But this press still hasn't arrived which makes me more and more upset everyday.
Well built press
This isn't my first press, but it has been the most well built press that I've ever used.
Hopkins Best Presses
I’ve been in this industry for 30+ years now as a professional, even longer if you count schooling! Ive used Hix and Hopkins manual presses. I can tell you right now Hopkins is a powerhouse manual press!! Its extremely well built! Solid in every single way possible. To the base, each arm and platen, side and rear clamps and micro registration are all superbly built! They can take a veritable beating!! I had a custom built Hopkins at company I worked for many years, it was a 10c manual. I left the company in 1998 and that press is still pumping out the shirts… so yes these are the M1A1 main battle tanks of screen printing!! When the auto’s break down, you still got these!!
Hi Erik! WOW! Now that is what I call a review! Especially with your experience in the field, your words mean A LOT! Thank you so much for trusting, believing in, and allowing us to serve you this beefcake of a press :) Riley Hopkins - I have spoken with the man himself, and his values truly present themselves in the brand and quality. He's a wonderful person with a vision we feel privileged he shared with us. Again, thank YOU! Without You, there would be no Us :) Keep ROQin' on, my friend! You're truly powering the print! Best, Kayli B
THIS IS AN AMAZING PRESS!
After talking with the staff at Ryonet, I added a second press to our ever and rapidly growing business. Even during the pandemic, we are hustling and it was time to add another press. This press is smooth. We are lining up 4 and 5 color prints in 15 minutes. Printing 200 shirts with 4 and 5 color front prints in about 2 hours. We are doubling profits, with less labor costs. This press is sturdy, obviously built for screen printers. It came in the time given to us. We had it put together and printing shirts in 3 hours.
This thing is a beast.
We have owned multiple manual presses and this is by far the best one we have ever owned. The micro-registration adjustments combined with the individual off contact and tilt adjustments are perfect. The customer service team was phenomenal as usual. They made sure we knew from start of build to delivery and beyond that we were taken care of all along the way. This beast of a machine has been in use in our studio for quite a while now and the only regret I have is not buying it sooner.
Thanks for the kind words Jeremy!
