- Tools and process, Variable elimination for maximizing automation, art templates, registration systems lead into next session.
- 9:30 Screen Making
- Best practices in screen making, imaging using film and Exile CTS, and ROQ REG Pru pre registration.
- 10:30 Press Setup A-Z
- Best practice for staging and setting up your automatic screen printing press including tools needed such a squeegee durometers, platen tape, squeegee and flood settings, screen placement and registration, strike offs, and production staging.
- 12:30 Lunch (provided)
- 1:15 Discharge Print
- Demonstration of discharge printing to show different types of ink systems, ink mixing and Revolvink, water base print mode, and dryer calibration including drying calibration for curing consistency.

- Review and hands on print project of the using different types of platens needed for automatic printing including printing neck tags and sleeves.

- The application and use case for a smoothing screen or Stampinator, how to successfully set one up, and production outcomes of using one on fleece.
