For single print colors, colors will reproduce best over white - light substrate or single white base plate on dark substrates. When direct printing over dark cotton, print-flash-print using lower mesh screens. For bleed resistance, use an under base white such as Wilflex Epic Polywhite.

Curing Instructions:

Flash at 220°F (105°C) for 3 - 5 seconds and cure at 320°F (160°C).

Clean Up:

Ink degrader or press wash.

Storage Information:

Store at 65-90°F (18-32°C), avoiding direct sunlight. Use within one year of manufacturing date.

Night & Day, Wilflex is the way to go!

I was reluctant at first when the new Wilflex Meteor White was announced. After watching the intro video on YouTube that explained the improvements, I decided to give it a try. I am a one-man print shop. I finished up the old GG Meteor White and started the Wilflex Meteor White on back-to-back jobs. I was very in tune with that ink and it's feel. I was using a 156 mesh screen on both jobs. Opening up the Wilflex to modulate the ink, I did become very concerned with the thickness of the ink. However, printing the ink was NIGHT & DAY different from one ink to the other. It was smooth and easy. I honestly couldn't believe it. In the 3 years I've been printing, it was by far the best experience I've had with printing white it. I also appreciate Ryonet's commitment to evolve their products. No one can improve by doing the same thing.

Best White Cotton Ink on the Market

This ink is very easy to use and even does a better job blocking out black then my low bleed generic inks. It's dye migration properties on some of the heavily died tees, like camo, even 100% cotton, isn't the best, but I've only encountered problems once. I will always keep this ink stocked up. Great job guys!

Meteor white plastisol

The ink was incredibly thick even after mixing with my drill, but the overall quality was good

Hello and thank you for taking the time to leave a review! Often white ink does need a drill since the pigments are so thick - good job getting it whipped into shape! Glad to hear it's quality is working well for you - Happy Printing!

Best white to underbase with!

I have been struggling with white ever since I started printing especially as an underbase this white has been a game changer! I’ve used it for underbase and for an all white print and have great prints. It’s nice and creamy and easy to print with. Wilflex Epic Meteor Classic Cotton White Plastisol Ink Review
