Cargue la pantalla con mucha tinta. Pantalla de inundación antes de la impresión. La tinta a base de agua Green Galaxy ™ HSA se puede imprimir con una carrera de empuje o puñetazo. Después de imprimir, la pantalla de inundación que permite que la tinta se asiente en la parte superior de la imagen para evitar el secado. Si la pantalla obstruye o exhibe tinta seca en la impresión, vuelva a inundar e imprima agresivamente nuevamente, esto debería borrar la pantalla. Si no limpia la pantalla, rocíe una pequeña cantidad de agua tibia en las áreas atascadas de la pantalla y limpie con un trapo. Love this ink so much

I previously used Speedball Flex ink and while it was great I had issues getting the black to deposit right on my shirts, I always got too much or to little and it dried so fast on the screen it was frustrating to work with. I decided to give inks by Green Galaxy a go after reading some reviews and fell in love with it after the first time I used it. I started with the white ink and liked it so much I gave up on my speedball ink and got the GG brand in black as well. No regrets. If it is your first time using the black ink by GG and you have used the white keep in mind the consistency is a lot thinner than the white.

Stains SCREENS EVEN when Using Water base Press Wash and Haze image Remover

its stained both my screens leaving a shadow of the previous print when completely washed with Water base Press Wash and Haze image Remover, I have never had this problem, and now have to replace both my Silk Screens ! I DONT WANT THIS PRODUCT

Hey Zo, Staining of the mesh isn't a death sentence for your screens. If you normal chemicals aren't affective try a melamine bar (magic eraser) - you may be surprised. Need to print plastic white bags. What kind of ink I can use ? To dry faster

Hello Nick! Sounds like you need a solvent ink that is air cured or UV Cured. We don't offer either of these - all the ink we offer has to be heat cured which wont work for plastic bags. Sincerely, April w/Ryonet

I would look into how you are curing your shirts. If it smeared then the shirt is not fully cured.
If you look at the product page, there are some specifics on how to cure the ink.

Can you cure this with a clothing iron? If so, is the highest, cotton setting preferable? Is the time still 60-90 seconds?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out. Yes, you can cure this with an iron. You will want to use parchment paper in between the iron and the print. Make sure to move the iron around while curing and to not let it sit in one place too long. Typically doing this for 90 seconds or more at the highest heat setting will get the ink cured.

I do have to point out that curing with an iron will not give you the washability like using a heat gun, flash dryer or conveyor dryer.

Aqua Wash is a great water based ink degrader that will do the job. It’s specifically designed to remove water based ink without damaging the stencil when using it on screen.
