DESCRIPTION

The Madeira E-Zee Cap® 3.0 oz. is a heavyweight cut-away stabilizer specifically designed for structured caps and headwear. With a dense, non-directional construction, it delivers excellent stability and crisp embroidery results, even on complex, high-stitch-count designs. Each pack includes 250 pre-cut sheets, sized perfectly at 4.5" x 7" to fit the front panel of caps—making setup fast and waste-free. Ideal for commercial embroidery shops working with structured or high-profile caps.

FEATURES
  • Heavyweight Stabilizer (3.0 oz.): Offers strong backing for structured caps, supporting intricate and dense embroidery without distortion.
  • Cut-Away Style: Remains permanently with the garment, ensuring long-term durability of embroidered designs.
  • Pre-Cut Sheets (4.5” x 7”): Sized specifically for caps, reducing trimming time and ensuring consistent placement.
  • Bulk Quantity (250 Pieces per Pack): Convenient pack size for high-volume embroidery production, improving efficiency and inventory management.
  • Non-Directional Material: Provides consistent stability in all directions, minimizing puckering and design shifting.
  • Ideal for High-Stitch Count Designs: Maintains design integrity under heavy stitching, perfect for logos and detailed graphics.
  • White Color: Neutral tone works well with light-colored fabrics, maintaining a clean appearance.
  • Commercial-Grade Quality: Trusted by professional embroiderers for consistent, high-quality results on structured headwear.

Helpful Hint: To prevent “flagging”, be sure that the design is digitized for caps. These designs should stitch from the center out and from the bottom up. Keep the designs within the allotted sewing area of your cap and frame. Most caps require a sharp needle. If you experience needle or thread breaks try using a #80/12 standard eye needle. Using a longer piece of backing that covers two-thirds of the cap may help with hooping. Choose caps that work best with your machine. Underlay stitches can also assist in avoiding “flagging.”
