For single print colors, colors will reproduce best over white - light substrate or single white base plate on dark substrates. When direct printing over dark cotton, print-flash-print using lower mesh screens. For bleed resistance, use an under base white such as Wilflex Epic Polywhite.

Curing Instructions:

Flash at 220°F (105°C) for 3 - 5 seconds and cure at 320°F (160°C).

Clean Up:

Ink degradent or press wash.

Storage Information:

Store at 65-90°F (18-32°C), avoiding direct sunlight. Use within one year of manufacturing date.

Solid ink for everyday printing

This is brighter than the ink we were using, prints easy and is creamy out of the can. The only downs side we see is the cure time seems to be a bit longer

Night & Day, Wilflex is the way to go!

I was reluctant at first when the new Wilflex Meteor White was announced. After watching the intro video on YouTube that explained the improvements, I decided to give it a try. I am a one-man print shop. I finished up the old GG Meteor White and started the Wilflex Meteor White on back-to-back jobs. I was very in tune with that ink and it's feel. I was using a 156 mesh screen on both jobs.

<br>Opening up the Wilflex to modulate the ink, I did become very concerned with the thickness of the ink. However, printing the ink was NIGHT & DAY different from one ink to the other. It was smooth and easy. I honestly couldn't believe it. In the 3 years I've been printing, it was by far the best experience I've had with printing white it.

<br>I also appreciate Ryonet's commitment to evolve their products. No one can improve by doing the same thing.
