I can’t thank you guys enough. The ink we ordered was delayed/shipped from the wrong warehouse. We needed this ink to keep our customer, our only customer who is ordering throughout covid-19 lockdown. The manager called me and told me he would overnight a gallon of ink & it just arrived! The best customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They actually care about you and your business. They are helping us keep our business alive which in turn is helping us keep our home, insurance, etc. It’s such a good feeling to have people on your side & Ryonet is ALWAYS on our team! I resisted buying pallet masking tape because I thought my hobby didn't justify the expense, but the frustration of using water, a scrub brush, a lot of muscle, and a lot of time to clean the palette came to a head when the water leaked down the side of the MDF palette, causing it to swell and nearly ruining it. The tape didn't seem so expensive after that. Even better, though, is this solved the enormously frustrating problem I was having of the shirt lifting the palette adhesive off the palette, leaving a gap where the next shirt would bulge. Adhesive on tape on palette is much more robust that adhesive directly on palette.
