Ready to crank up production in your screen printing shop? Let’s get your RileyCure 246 or RileyCure 248 conveyor dryer set up and running like a dream. Here’s your step-by-step guide to smooth, consistent cures—every time.

Wiring Your Dryer Safely

Before you do anything, have a qualified electrician wire up your dryer. This ensures it runs safely and efficiently. If you're running on a lower voltage, keep in mind that your dryer won’t get quite as hot—that's normal.

Adjusting Belt Speed & Gate Height

Turn on the belt and set the speed to around level four. This keeps things from moving too fast while you test. Run a few garments through—whatever you’re printing that day. This is the best time to set your gate height before the dryer gets too hot.

Fixing Belt Tracking Issues

If your belt isn’t tracking straight, head to the back of the dryer. Loosen the side bolts just slightly, then make micro-adjustments using the knobs. If the belt’s drifting to the right, loosen the left knob and tighten the right. Small tweaks go a long way.

Setting Cure Temperature

With the belt moving, flip on your temperature switch. Use the digital controls to set your ideal cure temp. Press up or down to adjust in the hundreds or thousands positions. Once you see the right number, hit Enter. Then hit Set to lock it in—don’t hit Set first, or you’ll end up in the factory settings panel.

The dryer remembers your settings. Shut it down at the end of the day, and when you fire it back up tomorrow, it’s good to go. While it’s heating, the red light will stay on. When you’re at temp, the light shuts off—ready to cure.

End-of-Day Shutdown Best Practices

Always shut off the heating element first, then let the belt run for about 10 minutes. This cools down the system and prevents belt damage. And that’s it—you’re set to cure with confidence.

Built to keep up with your hustle, the RileyCure 246 and 248 make pro-level production smoother and smarter.
