Must Modify To Use On A 20x24 Screen

Foam pad works great for any none vacuum exposure unit. However when you buy this item know that it comes in 20x24. As in it will not work in a 20x24 screen without cutting the pad. Once you trim it down it works great!

WAITING

The foam pad doesn’t fit the screen I have and I spoke to someone but they never reach back out to me . I haven’t used the item because I’m not sure if I should cut it to fit my screen

Foam Pad

This is so helpful when starting out as a small print shop. It’s helped tremendously with the exposure process.

I ordered the wrong size

I didn't realize the measurement was for the foam itself I thought it was for the screen it would fit...totally my fault but I can't use the one I ordered!

The foam is easily cut into the size you need. If I understand correctly, would it make sense to shave a couple inches off the edges of the foam piece so that it fits on the inside of the screen when the screen is mesh down on the exposure unit? Then you would add a board to that with weight in order for the compression to ensure the film was tight against the mesh for a strong exposure.
