About
Promo Planet has been screen printing for 20 years. We have inhouse screen printing, embroidery, DTG, DTF, Digital Squeegee, water-based printing. We are driven by quality first and foremost with all of the decoration methods we offer. With screen printing we use soft hand in all of our inks for a smooth, thin, and vibrant print that is guaranteed to last for years. Our prints are thin and vibrant and often confused to be water based prints by many customers due to the our proprietary way of printing. We are staffed with printers who combined have over 100 years in the business. None have less than 10 years and even our graphic artists are screen printers with over 10 years experience. For DTF transfers we offer full service as well as printed sheets for you to do the heat application. Our DTF transfers are soft and flexible and on polyester they feel like the garment was dye sublimated. They have a very soft hand feel. Something most DTF printers cannot achieve. Our DTG printing is also very vibrant. We use Brother GTX Pro machines and do not cut costs by printing one pass white and color as a single pass. We do our DTG printing with a 2 pass white with a color pause to get your prints to look the very best they can. We heat press the garments before printing them to lay the fibers down and then use a Firefly Dryer to cure the shirts which makes the finish look more like high quality 1200 DPI screen printing and not a heat pressed glossy rubbery finish that many others end up with. Embroidery we have 36 heads and can do just about anything you need from Richardson caps to polos, blankets and jackets.
