Ryonet is excited to be heading to SkillsUSA 2025 from June 24th to June 26th in Atlanta, Georgia, where we’ll be helping young, aspiring screen printers take their skills to the next level.
What is Skills USA?
SkillsUSA is a massive event where thousands of students from across the country come together to compete in hands-on, career-focused skills, from automotive repair to graphic design. The Georgia State Leadership and Skills Conference (SLSC) is one of the biggest, bringing in over 3,000 students each year. The Screen Printing Technology competition has been part of SkillsUSA since 2015, giving young creatives a chance to test their skills in everything from setting up screens to printing perfect designs.
This year, the screen printing competition will be judged by a panel of industry experts, including our very own Ryan Moor, founder of Ryonet. With his deep experience and passion for printing, Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge to the table, ensuring that competitors get valuable feedback and insights from someone who’s been part of the industry for decades.
Ryonet’s Mission: Hands-On Education
We’re not just showing up to watch — we’re there to teach. Our team of experienced instructors will be working directly with the students, giving them practical, hands-on training that makes all the difference. Here’s what we’re bringing to SkillsUSA 2025:
- Live Demos: Our instructors will walk students through essential screen printing techniques, showing them how to set up screens, apply ink, cure prints, and maintain quality.
