OmniDTF Hot Peel Rolls—premium-quality DTF (Direct to Film) adhesive film rolls designed for versatile and durable transfers. Available in multiple sizes, these rolls feature a double matte finish for superior traction and precise film tracking. Choose hot peel for immediate release smoothly ensuring excellent results on a variety of fabrics. Perfectly compatible with OmniPrint’s transfer film, powder, and inks, these rolls are ideal for achieving professional-grade finishes.

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Preparation: Ensure your hands are clean and dry before handling the film to prevent moisture damage to the coating.
  • Positioning: Place the film with the matte side facing up over the printing area of your printer.
  • Printing: Use the recommended settings on your printer. (OmniPrint will provide the proper settings for this application.)
  • Transfer Application: Press the printed transfer onto the fabric for 15 seconds at 320ºF. While the transfer is still hot, peel it off smoothly.
  • Note: These settings and instructions are specifically for OmniPrint transfer film, powder, and ink. If using other materials or inks, adjustments may be necessary.
