Scoop coaters are a key tool for proper emulsion application. Emulsion scoop coaters come in many sizes. Please keep in mind that most screens are measured to the outside diameter and there is about 4 inches of screen frame that does not need to be coated.
Example: A 20 inch x 24 inch screen will only require a 16 inch scoop coater.
