Avient 15370 Infinite FX Silver Shimmer is a premium plastisol ink designed to add a brilliant metallic shimmer to screen printed designs. Using fine to medium sized metallic flakes, this ink delivers a smooth, soft feel while maintaining excellent durability and stretch properties. Ideal for creating eye catching effects on various fabrics, it can be used as is or tinted with plastisol colorants for customized hues.
Flash cure at 220F (105C) and final cure at 270F (132C)
Recommended to be printed with mesh counts between 86-110. Tension should be 25-35 n/cm2
Use a squeegee durometer between 60-70 at a 10-15% angle.
When testing cured ink, perform a wash test to ensure proper cure prior to going into production.
Dispose unused ink responsibly.
Keep container(s) tightly closed. Store in a cool, well-ventilated location out of direct sunlight. Avoid storing this product in cold areas or on cold floors. Temperatures below 32°F (0°C) may cause the product to separate. Use within one year of receipt.
