DESCRIPTION

When you’re reclaiming or rinsing a screen, having a washout booth does wonders. Not only does it make the task painless to complete, the washout booth properly disposes of chemicals and emulsion by-products. By discarding chemicals correctly, you’ll save yourself from the possibility of wrecking your plumbing and septic systems (and diminishing the harmful effects on the environment).

The Sgreen® Washout Booth fits the standard 20x24 screen, and can comfortably hold four to six screens at a time. Made of stainless steel and aluminum, the washout booth stands strong, ready to brave your toughest cleaning jobs. If the plexiglass breaks, it can be easily removed for replacement. The washout booth has room behind the plexiglass for an optional backlight if desired.

it feels cheap

spend over a grand for a washout booth you'd expect it to be nice. Gluing the screen tracks in place is bogus. they should just be welded already. Looks like **** and they still aren't completely in place. first thing I've bought off this site that I regret buying.

We have numerous reasons why we do not weld the screen holders down - 1. These sinks are used for other purposes than cleaning screens. 2. We like to give you the chance to place the holders in a way that you like. 3. Being able to lift them up can make cleaning the booth much easier. Should have bought this long ago

Makes screen cleaning so much easier. No more bending over and having a flood of water in the garage. So easy to see details on the screen with the backlight.

This is the baby brother to my 48" wash Pit. I purchased this booth for a dedicated ink clean up station. Quality and value are excellent! Assembly is very easy with great instructions. My only complaint is I think the legs are too short. I would like to see adjustable telescoping legs to raise the booth up to 8" higher.

Hello - we are planning on setting up a screenprinting studio at Cleveland State University / Department of Art & Design. I would need to know some specifications for the Sgreen 33" Washout Booth & LED Lamp, and also the Sgreen Washout Booth Filtration System. What I would need is what type of power source, and the electrical safety - if they are UL, ETL or CE Certified. Do you have the spec sheets on these 2 items that you could send me? We don't have to get the washout sink with the LED light, but that is our preference. Thank you so much! 216-687-2040.

I am a general contractor involved in a project where the client wants this in their laundry room the 33 inch S green washout station with lighting. Please provide information on exact electrical requirements needed for the device, like does this get hardwired or do I just need to provide an outlet, and if so, where would I want the outlet relative to the unit? And also the client believes they need water supplied, is this true? What type of plumbing fittings need to be prepared for the installation of this unit? Please send me information on exact plumbing and electrical requirements needed to make this installation a success.

Is there any reason that this booth cannot accommodate a 25"x36" screen? It seems like with 4" on each side, it could fit in here pretty comfortably.

Hi Adam, When we were deciding on what frame sizes "are recommended" we decided to ere on the side of caution. Yes, you can fit a 25x36 frame in there, but you have little to no wiggle room. During reclaim, splash back from the back and sides of the booth will be magnified and more challenging to deal with. -Chuggins

Hi, we recently purchased a Sgreen 33" Washout Booth. When installing the booth we are looking at the drainage system (the large whole at the bottom of the tub) and wondering if you have any suggested adapters with which to run drainage to a nearby sink? Thank you! Patrick

Hi Patrick! So the drainage hole is 1.5". What I would suggest is heading down to your nearest hardware store and browse through the plumbing section. The exact setup to get the drainage from the booth to your sink - only you know. Get a connecter that will thread into the sink and then grab whats needed to make the twist and turns necessary to reach your sink. Also - just double check that your drainage will not be going uphill at any point to reach your sink. As always - please make sure you follow all state and local rules and regulations regarding waste water! Hope this helped! -Chuggins
