DESCRIPTION

Fuel your drive with a Riley Hopkins Standard Wood Platen. All Riley Hopkins Standard Wood Platens are MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard) and coated with with heat-resistant white laminate. With various sizes and specialties, there is a pallet for any of your needs.

These platens come with a Riley Hopkins Press bracket. The Riley Hopkins bracket is compatible with the following presses: 

  • All Riley Hopkins Presses (Excluding the 350, 500, Silver, and DIY presses)
  • Hopkins International
  • Hopkins BWM
  • Workhorse
  • Caps

If you need a platen for a different press bracket, please visit the Standard Wood Platens (No Bracket Included) for a pallet and view the selection of press brackets. 

Note that the platen will arrive without the bracket attached to it. There are pre-drilled holes in the platen to allow for easy and consistent setup. Left-handed printers, simply place the bracket where the knobs face the left-side of the platen to allow you to use it with ease.

Decent for sleeves

I imagined this to be better product for what I what needed it for. Not that this doesn’t work as intended, but after using this it would have been better to buy a bracket and make my own platen

Major upgrade

I used this on my "ebay" rig and it's 100 times faster and easier to adjust than what it came with. Should have upgraded this a long time ago.

Got Wood... platens, I do

The old ones were worn out... ordered these new babies. Packaged well, hardware was easy to assemble - predrilled holes helped. The quality of these boards is great. Already cranked out over 1000 shirts on them.

Solid Platen

Solid melamine topped MDF platen. I was happy to see the predrilled holes for lightning quick setup and zero chance of splitting when attaching the bracket.
