DESCRIPTION

Avient 2440 Infinite FX HD Clear is a premium high-density clear ink formulated for creating bold, dimensional effects in screen printing. This plastisol ink delivers a brilliant gloss finish that simulates the look of glass, gel, or water, making it ideal for designs that demand a striking visual impact. Whether used alone or combined with other texture inks, it enhances both the texture and appearance of prints on a variety of fabric types. It also serves as a reliable adhesive base for foil, flock, and other specialty applications.

CURING

Flash cure at 220F (105C) and final cure at 270F-320F (132C-160C)

MESH USAGE

Recommended to be printed with mesh counts between 24-110. Tension should be 25-35 n/cm2

SQUEEGEE USAGE

Use a squeegee durometer between 60-70 at a 10-15% angle.

TESTING & PRECAUTIONS

When testing cured ink, perform a wash test to ensure proper cure prior to going into production.

CLEAN UP

Dispose unused ink responsibly.

STORAGE

Keep container(s) tightly closed. Store in a cool, well-ventilated location out of direct sunlight. Avoid storing this product in cold areas or on cold floors. Temperatures below 32°F (0°C) may cause the product to separate. Use within one year of receipt.
