DESCRIPTION

Avient 2570 Infinite FX NuPuff Base is a specialty plastisol ink base engineered to create raised, dimensional puff effects in screen printing. Designed for durability and ease of use, NuPuff Base delivers a soft, elevated texture that enhances both the visual and tactile appeal of printed designs. Its advanced formulation resists overexpansion, ensuring consistent and professional results.

FEATURES
  • Elevated Puff Effect: Produces a raised, textured surface with impressive lift that adds depth to printed designs
  • Overblow Resistance: Formulated to minimize collapse and maintain the integrity of puff effects during curing
  • Tintable Base: Can be mixed with plastisol colorants to create a wide variety of custom colors
  • Fabric Compatibility: Bonds effectively to 100 percent cotton, cotton blends, and select synthetics
  • Durable Finish: Offers excellent stretch and wash resistance for long lasting prints
  • Versatile Application: Suitable for various mesh counts and printing techniques, including layering and overprinting
  • Non Phthalate Formulation: Complies with modern environmental and safety standards
CURING

Flash cure at 220F (105C) and final cure at 320F (160C)

MESH USAGE

Recommended to be printed with mesh counts between 86-110. Tension should be 25-35 n/cm2

SQUEEGEE USAGE

Use a squeegee durometer between 60-70 at a 10-15% angle.

TESTING & PRECAUTIONS

When testing cured ink, perform a wash test to ensure proper cure prior to going into production.

CLEAN UP

Dispose unused ink responsibly.

STORAGE

Keep container(s) tightly closed. Store in a cool, well-ventilated location out of direct sunlight. Avoid storing this product in cold areas or on cold floors. Temperatures below 32°F (0°C) may cause the product to separate. Use within one year of receipt.
