DESCRIPTION

Avient 85570 Infinite FX Ultra Gold Shimmer is a premium plastisol ink designed to add a brilliant metallic shimmer to screen printed designs. Using fine to medium sized metallic flakes, this ink delivers a smooth, soft feel while maintaining excellent durability and stretch properties. Ideal for creating eye catching effects on various fabrics, it can be used as is or tinted with plastisol colorants for customized hues.

  • Ready for Use or Tintable: Can be applied directly or mixed with plastisol colorants to achieve custom color effects
  • Excellent Fabric Adhesion: Bonds well to 100 percent cotton, blends, and select synthetic fabrics, ensuring durability and wash resistance
  • Low Cure Temperature: Cures effectively between 270°F to 320°F, helping save energy and reduce the risk of fabric damage
  • Non Phthalate Formulation: Meets modern environmental and safety standards by being free of phthalates
  • Versatile Application: Suitable for direct to fabric printing or over a flashed base plate and can be mixed with other Infinite FX HD bases or clears for custom effects
CURING

Flash cure at 220F (105C) and final cure at 270F (132C)

MESH USAGE

Recommended to be printed with mesh counts between 86-110. Tension should be 25-35 n/cm2

SQUEEGEE USAGE

Use a squeegee durometer between 60-70 at a 10-15% angle.

TESTING & PRECAUTIONS

When testing cured ink, perform a wash test to ensure proper cure prior to going into production.

CLEAN UP

Dispose unused ink responsibly.

STORAGE

Keep container(s) tightly closed. Store in a cool, well-ventilated location out of direct sunlight. Avoid storing this product in cold areas or on cold floors. Temperatures below 32°F (0°C) may cause the product to separate. Use within one year of receipt.
