DESCRIPTION

The Avient K2922 Soft Hand Clear is a non-phthalate plastisol ink designed to soften and extend other inks, making it ideal for screen printers aiming to achieve a soft-hand feel on garments. It can be used as a stand-alone base with color systems, producing inks with excellent color clarity and a smooth finish. This additive enhances printability, reduces ink build-up, and is particularly effective when used with specialty inks like Infinite FX NuPuff and Suede.

CURING

Flash cure at 160F (105C) and final cure at 270F-320F (132C-160C)

MESH USAGE

Recommended to be printed with mesh counts between 24-110. Tension should be 25-35 n/cm2

SQUEEGEE USAGE

Use a squeegee durometer between 60-70 at a 10-15% angle.

TESTING & PRECAUTIONS

When testing cured ink, perform a wash test to ensure proper cure prior to going into production.

CLEAN UP

Dispose unused ink responsibly.

STORAGE

Keep container(s) tightly closed. Store in a cool, well-ventilated location out of direct sunlight. Avoid storing this product in cold areas or on cold floors. Temperatures below 32°F (0°C) may cause the product to separate. Use within one year of receipt.
