CURING

Flash cure at 220F (105C) and final cure at 320F (160C)

MESH USAGE

Recommended to be printed with mesh counts between 86-230. Tension should be 25-35 n/cm2

SQUEEGEE USAGE

Use squeegee durometers: 60/90/60, 70/90/70, 60-90 at a 10-15% angle.

TESTING & PRECAUTIONS

When testing cured ink, perform a wash test to ensure proper cure prior to going into production.

CLEAN UP

Dispose unused ink responsibly.

STORAGE

Keep container(s) tightly closed. Store in a cool, well-ventilated location (65-90F) out of direct sunlight. Avoid storing this product in cold areas or on cold floors. Temperatures below 32°F (0°C) may cause the product to separate. Use within one year of receipt.
