DESCRIPTION

The Bluewater Labs Ink Remover Cleaning System is built to automate and simplify the cleanup of tools, flood bars, squeegees, and screens in screen printing operations. It’s designed to reduce manual labor, maintain consistency, and contain mess and chemical exposure. With a fully enclosed wash cycle and generous capacity, it streamlines both tool cleaning and pre‑cleaning of screens before reclaiming.

  • Labor Reduction up to 50%: Minimizes manual effort by automating much of the cleaning process for tools and screens
  • Contained Cleaning Environment: Overspray, ink, and chemicals are enclosed within the machine during operation, keeping the workspace clean
  • Noise Reduction: Polypropylene enclosure helps reduce operational noise in the screen room
  • Capacity & Cycle Time: Performs about 7 cleaning cycles per hour (≈ 8 minutes per cycle)
  • Tool / Screen Throughput: Cleans up to 16 tools per cycle or 2 screens in each cycle
  • Frame Size Compatibility: Supports screen frames up to 25″ × 36″
  • Size Options: Available with body widths of 30″ or 45″, both including a recirculation tank
