INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour Powder: Begin by pouring the adhesive powder into your powder applicator.
- Apply Evenly: After printing, apply the powder evenly across the film, ensuring no spots are missed.
- Remove Excess: Shake off any excess powder from the film.
- Heat Press: Place the film on the heat press in hover mode at 320°F (160°C) for 2 minutes or until the powder is completely dry. Increase time if necessary to achieve an melt similar to “orange peel” texture
- For dtf shaker ovens adjust time and temperature to 320 degrees with a dwell time of at least 2 minutes.
- Final Steps: Follow further instructions from the OmniPrint Direct to Transfer document for best results.

First Aid
- Eye Contact: Flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention.
- Skin Contact: Wash skin thoroughly with water for at least 15 minutes, removing contaminated clothing. Seek medical attention.
- Inhalation: Move to fresh air. If breathing is difficult, provide oxygen. If not breathing, administer artificial respiration. Seek medical attention.
Warning: Prolonged or repeated exposure may cause organ damage. Avoid inhalation of dust, fumes, mist, vapors, or spray. Seek medical advice if unwell.
STORAGE & DISPOSAL
- Store in a cool, dry place with temperatures not exceeding 75°F (24°C).
- Prevent freezing and avoid storing in open, unlabeled, or mislabeled containers.
