The SAATI LTS E70B is a laser to screen (LTS) auto exposure unit developed by SAATI for small to mid-size screen printing shops. It digitally images artwork directly onto emulsion-coated screens without the need for film positives, ink, wax, or glass. This system delivers consistent, high-resolution results with reduced labor, lower material costs, and simplified operation. Ideal for production environments looking to modernize and streamline screen creation.

  • High resolution laser imaging: Equipped with 64 lasers and selectable resolution at 1270 or 2540 DPI, it delivers precise detail and smooth halftones for even the most intricate designs.
  • No consumables required: Processes 1-bit TIFF files directly to screen, eliminating film, ink, wax, or glass, which reduces recurring costs and simplifies inventory.
  • Pneumatic frame clamping: Integrated clamping system is compatible with industry-standard registration setups like MHM and Tri-Lock, ensuring alignment accuracy across print runs.
  • Streamlined RIP and workflow support: Compatible with most RIP software, supports hot-folder automation, and allows users to save exposure settings by screen type and mesh count for greater consistency.
  • Low operational overhead: Runs on standard 110 V power and compressed air (approx. 90 psi, under 1 CFM), with laser components rated for over 10,000 hours, keeping long-term operating costs minimal.
  • Compact and efficient design: Vertical layout fits common screen room setups and supports screen frames up to 25 x 36 inches, with a maximum image area of 23 x 31 inches.
