DESCRIPTION

This transfer powder is applied to the transfer after the final color is applied. When the final cure is achieved, the powder will actually melt into the ink. When the transfer is applied with the heat press, the powder is re-activated and provides an enhanced bond onto the shirt, thus giving it much better wash-ability. This product should be used with both hot and cold peel transfers.

*Adhesion powder can be affected by the humidity and you will want to handle this product in a humidity controlled environment.

The higher the humidity, more likely you will have residue on your garments.

CURING INSTRUCTIONS
  • Application: Print plastisol ink, then while the ink is still wet, apply adhesion powder and remove any excess.
  • Gelling: Dry the print until the powder melts, targeting a temperature range of 212–284°F (100–140°C).
  • Transfer: Heat press at 302–338°F (150–170°C) using medium pressure for 10–15 seconds. Peel according to your transfer paper or film instructions.
CLEAN UP
  • Clean up mechanically by sweeping or vacuuming the powder.
  • Avoid creating airborne dust during cleanup.
STORAGE
  • Store between 65°F and 85°F (18–29°C) in a dry area away from moisture, direct sunlight, heat, and ignition sources.
  • Keep the container tightly closed when not in use.
  • Protect against static and electrostatic discharge.
