Clean Your Screens in the New Sgreen® Washout Booth | Screenprinting.com

The washout booth – a straightforward, advantageous contraption to have in your shop. Prepping screens becomes a breeze, reclaiming screens becomes slightly less strenuous, properly disposing chemicals becomes second-nature. But, lots of washout booths exist on the market. What's so great about the new Sgreen® Washout Booth? Many things, actually.

First of all, it's not made of plastic. The base of the booth is made of stainless steel, and the sides are made of aluminum. Therefore, you know this booth is sturdy. (We also encased the edges with rubber so you don't get scraped up.)

Next, its size. At 33 inches wide, 24 inches deep, and 63 inches tall, it'll fit nicely in your shop. The basin has the space to clean a 20x24 screen comfortably, but the basin can hold four to six screens while you're working. The booth also has space for a backlight, if you so choose to add one.

Lastly, it's incredibly easy to transport the washout booth. Since the booth is assembled with screws, assembling and disassembling is quick and simple. Not only does the screws make transporting painless, it makes replacing plexiglass a piece of cake. The plexiglass isn't screwed into the booth, it's placed in-between the metal frames. So, if you accidentally crack the glass, you can slip a new one in no sweat.

Protect your plumbing and septic systems, lessen your impact on the environment, and upgrade your shop – invest in the Sgreen® Washout Booth

P.S. Just a suggestion, a filtration system really ups your game of transforming your shop to be more eco-friendly. The Sgreen® Filtration System catches the water and debris as it drains from the sink, seeps through six stages of filtration, and spits out clean water. Cleaner shop, cleaner environment, it's all we're saying. 🤷‍♀️
