How We Built It: From The Fiber Up | Allmade Shirts From Recycled Plastic Bottles | Screenprinting.com

Have you ever wondered how a shirt is made? Shirt production begins with the raw materials used to make the fiber. Allmade shirts are designed from the fiber up to be great for printing and for the environment. Allmade fabric is made of recycled plastic bottles turned into polyester, organic cotton, and modal made from sustainable beech trees. This eco-focused mixture of ingredients, 50% recycled polyester, 25% organic cotton, 25% Tencel modal makes for incredibly soft material with so many benefits.
