This year, we want to say a big thank you to our community with a three-day open house event. Our upcoming Ryonet Open House is all about good company, learning, and great vibes. So lay down your squeegee, step away from the conveyor, and come hang out with the Ryonet crew at our HQ.
What to Expect at the Three-Day Event
We are keeping the doors open for three full days because one afternoon just is not enough time to fit in everything. Swing by for a few hours or hang out with us the entire time. Our goal is to create a relaxed space where you can chat with other printers, swap shop tips over food, and see what is working in other shops. Here is what we have planned for the week.
Wednesday, August 12 | Future of Printing Panels
We kick off Wednesday, August 12, with an afternoon dedicated to big ideas and open conversation from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. This day is completely free, bringing together experienced voices from across the industry. We will discuss where screen printing is heading, how shop automation is evolving, and how tools like AI agents can help you deliver better customer service. It is an open forum where you can ask tough questions about knowing your numbers, outbound sales tools, and smoothing out shop workflows. Joining us for day one of the Ryonet Open House will help you build valuable connections with other shop owners while preparing your business for what is next.
Thursday, August 13 | Rummage Sale, Live Printing, BBQ, and Music
Thursday, August 13, is our main event day, running from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and we are packing it with action. We are kicking off the day with our famous Rummage Sale! This is your chance to score great deals on used and refurbished equipment, including 360 presses, alongside exclusive seasonal promotions on the supplies you use every day. Stock up on your favorite emulsions, grab fresh inks, or replace worn-out squeegees. Our team will be right there to help you find the best setup for your shop.
Along with the shopping, Thursday is packed with live printing demonstrations, including an up-close look at the Rudy Press in action.Â
While you check out the equipment and hang with the crew, we are firing up the grills for our open house BBQ, serving up lunch, and cranking the music. We are also running big raffles throughout the day with awesome giveaways in between great live music. We wrap up the afternoon with a happy hour at 3:00 PM. Thursday at the Ryonet Open House is completely free, so bring your entire shop crew along for the fun.
Friday, August 14 | Screen Print Experience Specialty Class
To cap off the week, Friday, August 14 features a hands-on learning experience from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This paid workshop focuses entirely on advanced specialty printing techniques so you can expand your print capabilities and learn what is possible with unique inks and separation methods.
You will print side-by-side with industry pros! Join John "The Traveling Screen Printer" Magee from Avient, Kevin "Emulsion Guru" Kauth from Chromaline, Zach "Can of Corn" Acorn from SelfMade, and the Ryonet team for a full day of hands-on instruction. During this 6-hour workshop, you will learn how to print HD Gel Clear specialty effects while dialing in your screen prep techniques with expert guidance in the darkroom.
The learning does not stop when the presses turn off. After class, join your instructors from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM for food, drinks, and bowling at Crosley Lanes. It is a great chance to ask questions, swap shop stories, and connect with fellow printers. Seats are limited to ensure everyone gets plenty of individual attention and actual press time, so book your spot today!
