Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner Boxes & a Turkey Trot Fun Run

There are a lot of hungry people in Clark County with many of those facing hunger being children and the elderly. With the holidays already here, the needs of our neighbors in the community don’t go away. Because of a wonderful community that supports us, we are fortunate to be able to give back to our community. With the help of the amazing team at Brantley Christianson Real Estate, & the generous team at the Fred Meyer - Orchards Location, and the collective determination & might of the Ryonet team, we were able to purchase & pack 160 Thanksgiving meal boxes for the Arc of Southwest Washington & local Veterans.

Ryonet would like to thank Brantley Christianson Real Estate for their partnership this year.  Their meaningful contribution to the 2018 Turkey Box Build ensures that families in Clark County, WA that need a little support will have a nice Thanksgiving meal.  It’s partners like Brantley Christianson that really help in making a positive impact on the local community. The housing market in the Portland/Vancouver Metro is growing quickly, and it is reassuring to know we have Real Estate partners that really do care about the community.  If you are in the market for a home in the Oregon, Washington area, get in contact with the team at Brantley Christianson Real Estate today.

Ryonet Values

One of Ryonet’s key values is to serve. As a company, we love to give back to the community we live in. By being able to provide Thanksgiving meals for the hungry we were able to do that. We can’t thank our loyal customers enough for supporting us to the point where we are able to give back. While it means a lot to the company as a whole to give back, it also affects each individual that works at Ryonet differently.

About the Clark County Turkey Trot

Ryonet is a "Mashed Potato Level Sponsor" of the Turkey Trot this year, providing all the needed manpower and supplies to print the 1400 Turkey Trot Participants Shirts, & Polar Plunge Printed Towels this year.  Allmade Apparel participated as the "Gravy Level Sponsor" providing all the actual shirts for participants.  Fun Run shirts never looked or felt so good.

Since 2002, families in Clark County Washington have met for an early am run before gathering around their Thanksgiving table. As popularity and numbers grew, these families realized that their traditional morning Turkey Trot could become a meaningful way to serve the hungry in their communities, especially on a day like Thanksgiving.  So they organized the run and decided to donate 100% of the race proceeds to Clark County Food Bank, Now, T-shirt purchases and Polar Plunge registration fees generate enough funding to provide tens of thousands of meals for people in the community! To get involved in the fun and to help Clark County Food Bank alleviate hunger in Clark County, 'like' the official Turkey Trot Facebook page to stay updated on all things Turkey Trot and, when the time comes around, don't forget to sign up for the Thanksgiving day festivities!
