1) Can you tell us a little about yourself?

Hello, my name is Zayda and I am 12 years old.  I am a bookworm and artist who loves to sing and volunteer in my community during my spare time.  I am also a  young book influencer known as Baby Bibliophile and I work with publishing houses to promote books for kids!

2) How did you get started in screen printing?

My mom owns a screen printing company called Eco Custom Shirts.  I have grown up around the business and made my very first print of a robot when I was around 5 years old.  Now my shirts are being worn as far as Europe and Asia!

3) What is your favorite thing about screen printing?

My favorite part about screen printing is having the ability to bring my ideas to life and share them with the world!

4) Who is your idea customer?

My ideal customers are young bookworms like myself!  I have been teased and called a nerd in the past.  I create one of a kind shirts that will hopefully make other book lovers like myself feel proud to be considered a nerd!

5) Do you want to continue to screen print as you get older?

I would love to continue screen printing as I get older!  I have so many more ideas for future designs!

6) Do you have any advice for other young screen printers?

I would tell other young screen printers to never stop believing in themselves!
