The SAATI ProCoat Mini brings the consistency and repeatability of automated emulsion coating to screen-printing shops where floor space and budget matter. Designed as SAATI’s smallest-footprint single-screen automatic coater, the ProCoat Mini automatically coats one screen up to 28" x 40". Its programmable controls allow operators to set dwell time, number of coats, and coating speed independently by side, helping produce repeatable stencils while reducing the variability associated with manual coating.

With an intuitive touchscreen, servo-driven coating movement, pneumatic frame clamps, and straightforward installation, the ProCoat Mini is designed to make automated coating accessible even to smaller screen-printing operations. Simply connect the compressed-air supply and electrical power to get the machine ready for operation.
